Greg Winner
President & CEO

Greg Winner has over 30 years of semiconductor experience, with emphasis on product development and operations. Most recently, Mr. Winner held the position of CEO for ZeroG, a privately held semiconductor company focused on Wi-Fi for the embedded space. Previously he was the General Manager of the GPS Business Unit at Atheros Communications, Inc. and was formerly CEO, u-Nav Microelectronics which was a privately held semiconductor startup focused on GPS solutions and acquired by Atheros. He also served as Sr. Vice President, Engineering and Quality for Applied Micro Circuits, Corp where he managed product development, central engineering, quality and operations related functions for the optical communication IC market. During his previous 17-year tenure at Silicon Systems Inc., Mr. Winner held several management positions that included the development of high performance analog, mixed-signal and digital integrated circuits for Storage applications.

Lewis Adams
Chief Technology Officer

Lewis Adams leads the technology development for GainSpan's innovative Wi-Fi semiconductor and software solutions. Prior to joining GainSpan, Mr. Adams spent more than 30 years at Intel Corporation, where he was chief technologist for multiple emerging technology initiatives, including cable, DSL, satellite, RFID and 802.11. His efforts resulted in numerous innovations and new businesses for Intel and added to the company's intellectual property portfolio. Mr. Adams holds key patents in networking and communications.

Pankaj Vyas
Vice President, Software & Systems
Director, GainSpan India (Bangalore)

Pankaj Vyas has more than 12 years of engineering and management experience in the networking and software technology industries and particular expertise in routing protocols, IPv6, mobile IP, security protocols and ATM, and he holds several patents in networking. Mr. Vyas led the software and systems engineering team of the business group at Intel that was spun out to form GainSpan. Prior to Intel, Mr. Vyas worked as a senior manager at Cisco Systems, where he successfully built and led engineering efforts for developing and supporting networking products in multiple domains, including ATM, security control, and managed network services.

Bernard Aboussouan
Vice President, Marketing

Bernard Aboussouan leads GainSpan's marketing and application engineering functions. Before joining GainSpan, Mr. Aboussouan was vice president of marketing and business development at Sequans Communications, where he was instrumental in building the company into the leading WiMAX chipmaker and where he was also in charge of Sequans' expansion in the United States. Prior to Sequans, Mr. Aboussouan was vice president of marketing and business development at BeamReach Networks and earlier in his career, he held senior marketing and engineering positions at Harris Corporation and Nortel Networks.

Eric Taborek
Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Eric Taborek is an accomplished senior level executive with extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry and more than 25 years' experience managing high tech sales and marketing strategy in domestic and international markets. Before joining GainSpan, Mr. Taborek was vice president of sales and marketing for Chelsio Communications, a leading developer of 10 Gigabit Ethernet technology. Prior to that he spent several years at Intel as part of the Intels strategic accounts sales organization where he had responsibility for all sales and marketing aspects of Intels partnership with Cisco Systems. Earlier, Mr. Taborek was vice president of sales at VxTel, GM and vice president of sales and marketing at Force Computers, and vice president of sales at Smart Modular Technologies. Mr. Taborek began his career at Advanced Micro Devices where he advanced to become head of AMDs western North American sales region.

Haike Dong
Vice President, Operations

Haike Dong leads the company's manufacturing operations. Before joining GainSpan, Dr. Dong served as director of operations for Dust Networks, managing all aspects of manufacturing activities for the company's silicon and board-level products. Prior to Dust Networks, he was director of product and technology of the Consumer Product Group at LSI Logic, where he managed product and test engineering, foundry technology, assembly and packaging, vendor relationships, as well as product quality and reliability efforts. Earlier in his career, Dr. Dong held management and engineering positions at C-Cube Microsystems, Hyundai Electronics, and Sony Semiconductor. Dr. Dong holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Dennis Wittman
Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Wittman has over 30 years of financial management experience. Most recently, Mr. Wittman was CFO at ZeroG Wireless, a privately held Wi-Fi semiconductor company. Previously, he was Vice President and CFO at u-Nav Microelectronics, a GPS semiconductor company which was sold to Atheros Communications. He also served as Vice President and CFO at MediaWorks Integrated Systems which designed and manufactured SoC's for video applications and Chief Financial Officer at Micronix Integrated Systems, an analog and mixed signal ASIC company.
