Company receives the 'Product/Service Innovation Award - Runner Up' at the first ever global awards to recognize excellence in co-innovation and strategic sourcing

Sunnyvale, Ca, October 26, 2007 - GainSpan, an innovator in Wi-Fi sensor network technology, today announced that it has won the Product/Service Innovation Award - Runner Up at the first Applied Innovation Awards for Business Excellence 2007. The members of the jury gave the awards away at a glittering awards night held in New York on October 23, 2007, in conjunction with the Forbes-Wipro Innovation Conference. The awards were given away in the four main categories of Delivery Model Innovation, Product/Service Innovation, Business Innovation, and Process Innovation, apart from four jury awards.

We are proud that GainSpan has adopted our proven WiLD 802.11 Wireless LAN IP for this project and that we could be part of a team for nearly two years that takes an innovative approach to business challenges while changing the rules of engagement.
